Btw man the bicarbonate enemas dont work at all! Or that or I dont have candida overgrowth in the colon. I held on the bicarbonate enema for around 15 minutes and it was made with around one quart of distilled water and double or triple the dosage you advice of bicarbonate, I just go crazy and emptied half of the bicarbonate bottle on the jar lol

But the thing is, I have a lot of candida symptoms and with the egg Liver Flush and coffee enemas I have had long strings coming out that Michael B says are candida. Could be that my candida its in the liver or/and small intestine? God knows I have worked out my colon enough, has to be clean.
