Once again distracting from the real issue. Whether it's legumes, potatoes, or even grains in your case that form a whole lean diet, it sounds like a plus for managing a disease from fat and sugar. What won't help are the constant oils this specific user has been talking about ingesting for months. It's not arrogance to tie candida to fat and to call someone's getting horrid amounts of fat intake one of the causes of their suffering.

Listen to what he says about candida. I disagree with him that it's such a quick fix, but he is one of many nutritionists calling candida caused by fat.
It is certainly your right to blow me off for saying carbs are fine and roots are the easiest to digest. I really don't need you to say candida is just a symptom when I am saying that in this case candida is thriving because of blobs of saturated fat disrupting digestion and bile production. Her diet and your reasoning don't prove me wrong. So maybe go on a fat free diet for a few months and not have it work. Then you can call me arrogant and crazy. personally if I blew off people that said one thing I don't agree with and were unpleasant..I would have not made it through school or been able to work for anyone. Try to live in truth vs. what's pleasant. You'll begin to make better choices.
