Sounds like you now have sinus issues related to that hole in your sinus cavity.

When I ended up with a hole in my sinus after an extraction I went ahead and took their anti-biotics to prevent a possible infection. I also sprayed Colloidal Siver up my nose. I haven't had any issues and I assume everything healed up. You might have to see a sinus specialist. Have you tried Colloidal Silver ?
