As I explained earlier, I have screwworms... before it was figured out by my PCP, who took specimens and sent them to a lab, I did have fungus gnats hatching from lesions on my left ankle, among several, smaller locations. While I do not proclaim to have Morgellons, I definitely have one hell of a screwworm infestation and have had worms removed from my ears by professionals that were over an inch long. parasite infestation isn't exactly unheard of... even in the USA. Trolling forums meant to help the suffering accomplishes nothing, although being that youtube and facebook among other sites have taken action, I suppose the pastime that is trolling will become even more popular on message boards...
