thanks for the reply. originally i thought its die off too but i am beginning to strongly doubt that since i am feeling fine in general and when i drink it i get bad candida and it would stay forever even if i had discontinued the kefir. i think there must be some yeasts in it that my body cant tolerate. i know most people use it to heal candida but in my case its a very strong reaction and it seems to cause it. i wonder if this has happened to other people as there is a discussion about kombucha and kefir for candida. but i am pretty sure its not a die off because its a full blown infection beyond anything i've ever had.
