Proceeding as planned It's the day before my first ever liver flush and I'm psyched!!! In addition the the extra virgin olive oil and the grapefruit I bought yesterday, I also stocked up on alot of different fruits; grapes, oranges, plums, apricots, nectarines, a pineapple, and a cantalope. Strictly no-fat today and tomorrow up until 2 pm, at which time I stop eating according to the Clark liver flush protocal. I also stopped my Clarkia parasite tincture this morning, as well as the oregano oil and olive leaf. I did however take the malic acid and will continue to do so until 2 pm tomorrow. From what I've read, this helps to increase the number of stones released. We'll see and I'll let you know the results. Now for the good news. I have been haphazardly watching my weight since I started all this 12 days ago, and amazingly, I am down to 217 lbs. from 227 lbs. Wow...a 10 pound drop just from the colon and parasite cleanse. I have to admit that I am in all this partly for the weight loss, but my main goal is to get the toxins out of my body. The brauts and beer have taken their toll the last two years I have been in Germany. I am seriously thinking of starting the Master Cleanse this Sunday, rather than waiting until July 5th. Do I really need to eat all that delicious, albeit bad food on the 4th? I'll decide in the next couple of days how I'll proceed. I wish you all a great day. "We are what we think.
