Ive tried both of those. Bodymint did help my underarm odor but I did not notice anything else. I used chlorofresh (the mint flavored one) but I had not noticed a change really. I threw out most personal care products 5 years ago. Like Marie I don’t use underarm deodorant. The aluminun from the underarm settles in the breast and increases the risk of breast cancer. I believe antiperspirants do block axiliary nodes. Look at your winter t-shirts especially. They won’t clean again back to normal. I noticed this same thing when I first started bitters and jiaogulan, it only lasted a couple of weeks, but it was pretty bad. I put it down to my liver getting rid of junk. I noticed that when I drank some DE mixed into my water, 1teaspoon DE in water per night for a week, the stinky smell left quick smart. I think I just needed a good clear out :) I like to use essential oils (usually lemon or orange) mixed in with water, and put in a spray bottle, for air freshener. An update on me: I have now been using the Crystal deodorant with the Potassium Alum for two months and the Fragrance-Free Liquid Rock deodorant for three weeks now. I am using far infrared sauna every day for 30 minutes. I started two weeks ago to removed mercury and lead. I like you use the crystal. My underarm get wet because of the weather, but there is no odor. The only odor I have comes from my head, although I think it is metabolic. My liver cannot metabolize sulfur rich foods. I’ve worked with people that had very bad body odor and/or Halitosis. I suggested that they drink at least 5-6 pints or liters of water a day, and to keep that up for a good few weeks, and then cut back to 4 if they find it tough going. I hear that the bacteria IN The Shoe itself can cause some of these problems. Are you wearing really cheap shoes? You must be sweating alot in them and they are too tight. Get really comfy shoes 1/2 size larger so your feet can breathe. Wear really light socks not those heavy ones as your feet will get hot and sweat. The shoes will hold the odor. You have to wash the shoes if they re tennis shoes, or throw them away. It is not that you can just ”freshen them” with something. To keep shoes from holding odor, do not ever wear them without socks, and if they get wet, they must be washed. They have to be washed often as long as you have a hint of this problem.
