HI SB1108, You may want to take a break for a few weeks and re try. I know when I was working with TV she said any time you had an issue with a supplement. Break for a few weeks, usually able to handle after that. I would suggest when going back on try a different form of magnesium either one you mentione in your previous posts.. You most likely need to get you potassium and sodium up a little before you can tolerate it. But you need to really listen to the body...and go with your gut feeling. Marie :)   [End]

HI Paulette, I do know we will get a low dose of vitamin D3 from one of TEI suppplements..But to take 400 iU right now with very low potassium is not a good idea.. Hi PurplePixie and DBLC, I was using salt to keep my blood sodium up. You do need adrenal glandulars to raise the sodium cellular level I personally just found this out in recent months(since working with TEI). For the feet hurting maybe try soaking in some espon salt for 15 minutes and see if it helps.. I use to get stucked and locked in place from low sodium. Marie :)   [End]

Hi PurplePixie, FOr me I feel ARL read my tests correctly with the high calcium of 204 that I was releasing this from my cells and bones..So I was put on Paramin for the 1st year and I will say I needed it..Brought my levels to a good level. The Parmin actually fed my bones and cell.But I was on to long were it brought my potassium down too lower. I am not sure if it brough other things lower,,like sodium and magnesium maybe someone can tell me again what calcium depletes when we have to much. I never take 400 mg at once and I forgot I took 200mg and took another 200,,,and boy did I feel it...BP went from 112/70 to 94/ 40...I had to take a lttle salt and rest and it came back..I was so busy after shopping and workin in the yard I was not paying attention..I will be now.. Hi Amy, I was at a 1 on potassium and I took 198 mg daily(mostly some times less) and it raised to 20 in 14 weeks...get tested sooner..then the 4 months recommended....It should be 10...just to give you a heads up. Hi Vessely, Not a practitioner..but my guess is to stop taking any supplement with potassium and no supplement of calcium..Need magnesium. I have heard 5 mg times every pound of his body weight...this should help bring down his sodium and potassium. The copper zinc has me stumped.. Hope this helps. Hi SB1108, SInce you are very low in all 3 it can be low mag...but since the mag is causing it I would add more salt..a good salt. Magnesium when Low with out Adrenal Glandular will lower sodium..I know you are on potassium...I would try the extra salt ..If not working try and call your practitioner. Hi Tahoma, I Had such a strong odor in my bowel and urine of aluminum, it was unmistable. Even after flushing and leaving the ladies room hubby went in and smelt it so strongly. In Nov/DEC I had this for 2 months every time I went to the ladies room. THis is what made my body from having major sodium loss issues. I am now smell it again not as strong but surely there. Hi Gatorkea, I also had issues with taking potassium if I did not use salt with it. Now since eliminating the aluminum I can tolerate potassium even in supplement form. Can you try using organic corn starch on your legs where you get the sweating. I know my brother-inlaw use to suffer this and this worked for him. Hi., I know others suffer constipation with GB3. Are you taking magnesium ? If so are you taking enough to keep from being constipated. I was only able to handle 1-2 GB3 daily when others could handle up to 9 daily...so everyone is different. I don;t know about the gallbladder mines been out for 30 years now. Hi gatorkea, I am glad this salt is helping you like it helped me. You may be suffering low aldesterone. I know I was low on aldesterone. My cause was do to aluminum toxicity. Becareful try not to get on the medicine for this it is very bad, causes fungul infections through out the body..I was lucky to get off as fast as I could. HI Paulette, I had the same thing happen to me twice so far on NB. First time on ARL supplements I got white oblong but small pimple like things on my upper arms and thighs...took a year for them to go away...Surely some form of detoxing. No with in the past month I got pimples on the back of my legs,,small and a rash in different areas of the body, I believe this can be mercury or copper being released first time I was thinking aluminum but I am not sure. Hi Gatorkea, I have not soaked my feet in the magnsium oil. I was told you body will absorb really good if you spray and rub all around you belly botton..I use about 12-18 sprays depending the higher amount if I feel like I need that much.. I do it 3 x’s a day most days. Sometimes if I feel sortness of breath in the am I will rub it directly on my chest..works great. If I did it the way the video said I would go broke. If you want a good mag foot soak get some Epsom salt and dilute in warm to hot water..(how warm you can tolerate). Much cheaper..I have done this 2 times so far ...

Hi dcw, Try magnesium oil can buy for about $10 Life Flo brand. Spray on a few times a day...2-3 times a day..About 12-16 sprays at a time... I also would suggest moving the bed back and leave the phone in another room not to be distracted. Plus you may want to try an eye mask..the darker in my room the better. I us Life Flo pure magnsium oil..costs about $10 for an 8 oz bottle that lasts for a while. Rick Malter informed me the best place to absorb the oil is to rub on your stomach. Hi GGXX, Yes removing the mercury helped me and my hubby. My hubby came down with the start of Crohn’s disease 3 months after having 12 mercury fillings placed. We did not now that was the cause then, we found out after he ended up having a huge operation in 1991. He was close to death before the operation. He was lucky to have a good surgeon. Hi Inti, I truly believe my calcium was high do to pulling from the bones. SO when I was supplementing with the Paramin (not a fan do to allergic reactions I was having). But with in a 2 months of starting NB I felt so much better with the hypoglycemia and anxieties. Plus the bone pain I was having in my upper arms is where I do believe the calcium was being pulled from. I never really took notice how the ratio dropped drastically when I took the 6 month break. TEi had helped the ratio improve more now..I do believe my success of helaing is the combination of all I have done sin ...

Hi gatorkea, Oh my hypoglycemia was bad since 1997-98. Was diagnosed hypoglycemic..I learned that egg whites did wonders for me then...Plus the veggies. I was a reck with anxieties too.. The hypoglycemia mimicked panic attacks.. Once starting NB with ARL. I felt such improvements with the hypoglycemia and the anxieties..with in the first 2 months and those inprovements just kept happening. Hi Mcw, Thanks :) Hope you can get the same results..maybe not as high as mine went. I was feeling great until I decided I could go from 10 to 6 mg daily with in 2 weeks,, can’t do that again back to 10 mg. Rick did tell me I need to build a reserve for my magnesium before trying to get any lower. But I did so great at 8 mg that I thought I would be ok at 6 mg..so back to the drawing board for that. Hi MCW, I was 3 sodium 1 potasium, NA/k Ratio 3.00. Calcium was 25 magnesium 1.7 ratio 14.71. I was on 1 Sym pack, 1 Para Pack, 2 @ 99 mg of potassium, 1 Adrenal Cortex ,1 Mini plex B and magnesium approx 400 mg and now with magnsium oil approx, 750-800 mg daily. My NA/K ratio did some turn around in 4 months..You may want to have a re-test in 3 months and see where you are at. My new ratios for NA/K 4.15 Sodium in now 83 and potassium 20. Marie :)   [End]
