Not to change the subject, but....... Since I suspect liver congestion, I dug out my milk thisle. I opened 2 capsules and let the bitters sit on my tounge to trigger my liver, then flushed with water. This is 1 gram. What would a dosage be to assist the liver? Just an update. The weird pains I was having have started to diminish. Every once in awhile I will feel them again but it’s not a constant burn or gnawing type of feeling I was having. My bowels have firmed up a bit but are still a bit messy. The only thing I know has stayed around or even gotten worse is my strength. For diluting essential oils, my favoriite oil is Aura Glow (Heritage Products). I also sometimes use V6. But they might be a bit heavy for the face. How about using a bit of jojoba oil? In general, I find the essential oils absorb into the skin better when diluted in a carrier oil. How about thyme essential oil? This can be used but there is an issue of how to dilute it.  Essential oils are often irritating to the skin if used straight and hard to spread over large areas.  In some cases I do have people use the thyme diluted in olive oil to help make application easier for fungal infections such as nail fungus or ringworm.  For acne though olive oil would not be the best choice. Do you think pasturization actually kills bacteria or just puts it in a state of suspension? Why would milk start to spoil a few weeks after purchasing the milk if the bacteria was killed with pasteurization/ in other words it seems like some of the bacteria survives pasteurization because of how fast milk can spoil(lactose fermentation) after purchasing it. I got this table from one of the ozone web. What do you think? In this case, the forum owner/moderator should already be enforcing TOS. But if they won’t, any of us can post and ask Webmaster to hide these offensive posts. Until recently, I had no idea that it was this bad. Perhaps you need to "hire" some other posters that you trust to help moderate your forum and hide those posts and ban the spammer(s) as soon as they appear. Then maybe you could get some rest. At this point cause of Ulcers is a mystery to me as I never took any NSAIDS. I have been taking 100 mg Cozar and 5 mg Norvasc. I have been on Norvasc for a long time.
