SB- I too had trouble with the mag spray. I quit after about a week. It really dropped my blood pressure and lowered both my Na and K on my last test. I was also taking a much higher dose of oral mag as well. Those of us with AF and Na/K levels that are still not in the normal range have to be careful with mag. I get the puffy face when I eat too many carbs. It’s called carb face. When my potassium drops to 1 I don’t feel very well. I would add in a little more glandular. Inti- I discovered this from my last hair test. My Ca went up and K went down. This raised the Ca/k ratio. Look at the explanation of the Ca/k ratio above. Magnesium is an antagonist mineral to many other minerals in the body. I had to decrease the amount of mag I was using(900mg before). The problem I have is that when I start to feel really well I stop many of the things that are helping me. I have been thinking of trying the serepeptase for the biofilm. I also really liked the Zymex ll for biofilm. However looking back I passed lots of weird jelly stuff by just using the plain old Now Super Enzymes. Gatokea- I’m sorry to hear of this. You certainly are a candidate to become a great host for parasites after all that you have been through. The problem with most parasite products that you buy in the health food store is that they are too weak. I don’t know what all you have tried but the Paragone, Humaworm and regular Barefoot dewormer all didn’t work for me at the suggested dosages. Well...6 years ago I was housebound and extremely ill. I just started making changes one at a time to try and heal myself. I do believe that the psyc meds caused such an incredible amount of damage to my system. What a neverending merry-go-round of suffering that was for 14 years. Yes the bipolar is completely cured. Next month marks 6 years since I quit all psyc meds. I started with major depression and after all of the toxic meds I ended up with chemically induced bipolar disorder. Oneday- You might consider adding in some potassium if your level is at 1. I felt better within days of taking 1 pot(99mg) with each meal. Just a thought. Dr. Watts suggested this to me. I actually got this retest over a month ago but haven’t found the time to do a little report. The last couple of months I had to deal with some very stressful situations. I also started a business. Plus we travelled a fair bit. The good news is that I only have potassium and manganese below the reference range and sodium right at the beginning of the reference range. Sue- I am also a Fast 4 oxidizer. My report is to eat lots of protein, fats, high purine foods, nuts, dairy products and reduce carbohydrate intake. Avoid all sugars and refined carbohydrates. Think mostly Paleo diet. He probably needs to take a good digestive enzyme or HCL with each meal. I am now on Betaine HCL and these are working very well for me. DBLC- I would suggest you keep parasite cleansing for a long time. You can add in some lyme herbs. The larger parasites need to be killed first because when they die they release their own viruses and bactieria into the body. If you don’t get rid of the larger ones you will always be going around and around and never getting better. You will have to study and research to find the right course of treatment for yourself. All I know is what worked for me and that it was a very inexpensive way to go. I just prefer a shotgun approach as it is impossible to test for all infections.   [End]

Gatorkea you can just buy the 3 big herbs and mix those together. Grind up the cloves. It is much cheaper this way. You can also buy ready made cleanses. Just check the doseages and make sure they have enough killing herbs in them. Many products are a waste of money and too weak to kill a large parasite.
