Sounds like it could be worms. The best way to tell is to search online for a good dewormer. I’m going to start deworming myself since I recently found a worm in my food. I used to get colonics back in the late 90’s. God are they expensive. I stopped because I was getting too much discomfort from them. For some reason, it doesn’t seem natural for anything to be put up there including water. When we use enemas, it is only a small amt of saline and won’t be as harmful, but when someone is putting gallons of water up there, could pose some problems. it’s possible that you could be anemic. to rule this out you should have your doctor put you on iron sulfate about 325 mg a day (1 tablet). normal iron tabs at the local grocers is only about 45 mg per tab, so you would have to take about 7 to get the same amt. after you’ve taken this for a month or two, then you can gauge your symptoms. if the symptoms persist, there might be other causes. to keep your blood up, take vitamins everyday including iron, drink protein drinks and juice more green veggies then add some powdered greens to your veggie mix. I have found articles to back up what I have been telling you, including articles from the NYTimes and Mayo Clinic. I even took a nutrition class in college that stated too much supplemental vitamin c is a pro-oxidant rather than an anti-oxidant, which means too much kickstarts the free radical process.
