Re: cheese and nuts?

Nuts are eliminated primarily because they have mold as part of their "parameters".

Unshelled nuts are ok in my humble opinion, because the inner nut wont have mold on them.

Candida interferes with the bodies ability to digest fats, so this is where cheese comes in, also due to a high lactose content. When your body is strong enough to eat cheese again you should try some low lacose types including Monterey Jack, Sharp white cheddar, Swiss, Mozzarella, Colby, Provolone (Source

) (I dont eat cheese fullstop)

Try making a full fat homemade yogurt... 24 hours will eliminate most of the lactose. I eat over a kilogram every day ! You will find that you can regain a little weight this way too !
