Yes, beyond what "they" say is good or bad for candida, one needs to take individual intolerances and allergies into consideration. Probably nothing, besides sugar, artificial sweeteners and wheat/flour products are bad for everyone. For example, even though brown rice is said to be able to be eaten in moderation, I react badly to it so it is not on my to-do list. Others cannot handle any fruit, and I do well with at least one piece a day. We are all different.
