I sometimes toss a raw egg into my home-style Caesar salad dressing mix.
Truthfully, I feel some satisfaction with this raw egg. And eggs are (always have been) my main source of protein.
...Peas (beans) and rice sometimes, fish fairly often, the odd bit of chicken, or red meat...but only in mixed dishes (chilli, or stew; about once per month or less).
I used to eat cheese regularly...now only cottage, every few days.
