It bothered me at the time. How could they deem it safe to mess with the chemical/biological make-up of a chicken?

I should have known, of course.

And, a few minutes ago, on the TV news, a breakthrough in pro-biotics for 'colicky' newborns!

So, if your baby rejects the food it is given, and cries about its hunger for wholesome food, somebody will decide what the infant 'needs' in its digestive system.

On the same day that I concluded that very small children intuitively 'know' what they need...until we 'train' them out of it.

Don't the people making these changes have grandchildren?
