I eat eggs with extra DHA. An Omega 3. It dawned on me that Omega 3's have to be raw or it destroys the Omega 3's anyway. So unless I eat the eggs raw, all Omega 3's are destroyed. Maybe that's just the flax seed type instead of the DHA?
The media is making a huge deal out of the fact that in New York they are trying to phase out Trans fats in a few years. They are outraged. Big deal. Nothing has been done about hydrogenated oils. So it won't amount to anything. They will continue poisoning the public. Later drugs will be sold to patch up their type 2 diabetic problem that will eventually develop.
And they are making those fries for a dime cheaper all the while! Wooo Hoooo.
