Hi modern neli I know you're not serious about Coke and fries! Thats one thing you know, that everybody, no matter, has to get past! Even Though you don't feel as good as you would like it, if you revert back to junk food you're just totally giving up. Learn to harness dissatisfaction and pain or discomfort as a motivating source! Don't wait for someone or something to light the fire under you! You are the only one who can do that! If you think you have tried everything, than try one more thing, than one more, etc.! Do not think in terms of when or how much! Think in terms of today and now and what is it today that will make me feel better at the end of the day and not fall back to the laurels of yesterday! What you do each day is what will help you with the personal satisfaction of accomplishment and allow you to sleep like a youth again! Grog
