When something breaks around here, we all chorus, "someone just broke an old pattern". Its a good thing in our house, although certainly, not a reason to break things purposefully! I am glad you are alright...I can imagine the adrenaline hit...

My skin is glowing again today...with more water. I know that even though we stopped detoxing, our bodies did not and so its just the residual funk being processed. I also am losing weight still. My body is shifting shape too and I really like the feel of it. I can really tell with my clothes that I lost weight.
I am certainly going to work hard to continue the trend. My tact is the one day a week Master Cleanse which also serves to reinforce the long term goal of being mindful of my eating. I find this okay when it is just me, but difficult when I am around others since it seems that eating is still more of a reason to indulge and more of a bonding food ritual than just a fueling "pit" stop. All my coping skills seem to be tied into things you do by yourself...even exercise. Bathing and reading are some of my favorite things but short of getting a hot tub, I doubt if either of those would be a good substitute for the weekend bar-b-que...ggg

As for the detox bumps...your Liver Flush next month will help a lot. Also, adding lecithan to your diet will help prevent the formation of stones and give you the body/brain grease you need. I used to use lecithan for years and never had any gallbladder issues ever. I did not know it helped prevent the formation of stones but now that I know it does, I am back on that bandwagon singing the praises of it again....
