I missed your sharing your experience too and hope you can share how life and the cleanse have been treating you!

I really did enjoy the time offline even though I also felt the separation from my MCers who were fasting at the same time. I will blog some of my feelings and how it went but it may be a few days. I am expecting company tomorrow and then again on tuesday for about a week so the wheel of my life at this moment more closely resembles a hamster wheel! Its still fine, and I am embracing the challenge of gearing up for a flurry of activity, but I will have to delay some things so that the house looks gussied and when company arrives I have something besides soup and lemons to offer them...ggg.

As for my cyber-protection, I have 10 levels of protection at the moment. My computer guy is also one of my best friends and as long as I run the scans for the programs he has installed, generally once a week, he is happy, and I am able to keep my internet driving license...ggg
