Re: 7 days into break
Ah...so good to know that you came back...better prepared and chomping at the proverbial bit for some lemonade!!!
hee hee...I was missing my own security blanket blog! It was a good thing though to learn I could be here without anything to lean on but myself and still make it! It was a great healing adventure with many ah-ha moments and much chuckling to myself.
My worm...ggg. At first my computer friend thought I may have had a cyber-stroke and was ready to assess my computer problem as old age. We did a new highpower scan though,
http://www.avast.com/index.html and it was easily detected. I would have to say though that human
parasites are less costly and much more easier to erradicate than many of the emerging computer problems. My nearly famous neighbors who used to feel so safe asked my friend to scan their computer just out of curiousity...and sheesh! They had trojans and key-loggers and other naughtiness feeding off of their machine. The trojan was easily destroyed but the key-logger was really embedded and they had code which changed whenever we tried to wipe it out. The new computer virus' are created by very smart people. My friends felt safe because nothing was *wrong*. Often times, that is a sign something is wrong. My computer has so much security it goes haywire when it is chasing down some invader. My friends were silent carriers and passed on the fun with each email attachment. My last computer crashed with an email attachment from them which they swore up and down was safe but it wasnt and I was soooo silly, I said, I cant open it on my laptop, I will use my PC...so that time, I blew BOTH my computers out off the cyber-highway...ggg. Also discovered that Norton Systemworks has been compromised so my own diligence is heightened since I used to feel so safe with it. I worked through much of my computer issues sitting outside meditating in the sun and releasing that stuff too...ggg. If only we could *zap* it or drink down a yuck potion...ggg...
Okie dokie...the cayenne question. Personally, I have used the tincture AND the powder. I am sure it is okay BUT the powder does work better. I might suggest you try taking some of the powder...even as little as the amount which would fit on top of the head of a pin...and put that in your lemonade. It will not even make a difference to you most likely. It will be enough however to activate your tongue and the chemical process cayenne is accredited with....then keep it up and you may find it hard to believe but I think that the taste for cayenne is an acquired one and before you know it, you may move up to adding 2 "hints" of cayenne. I would have to research it more but perhaps it is because the powered cayenne is the pepper itself, ground up, and the tincture is the pepper soaked in a carrier, usually alcohol, and its sort of like the difference between prunes and prunes soaked in water. The prunes are going to be much more effective and stronger than just drinking the water the prunes were soaked in. One just seems stronger to me than the other. I have 250,000 HU in my tincture, and 90,000 with the powder. I have not reached a too much point with the tincture, but 1/4th teaspoon of cayenne has me "speaking in tongues"!
Hope that helps some. Did you ever check out my blog entry on cayenne??

The article emphasizes how important it is for the tongue to *taste* the cayenne.
If you are tasting the cayenne tincture it is probably effective, but after doing Detour's experiment with amping up the cayenne, I am a believer in dosing with the powder for the best results.
Many blessing!
be happy, be well,
