Please explain... also what is a sits/hip bath and just how and or where to steer the toxins? Anything but more Epsom salts! I leave work in 1.5 hours. I'm going home juicing, and was going to try to soak my feet in hot Epsom Salts, baking soda and H.P. I was thinking 5 mins in and soak in cold water for a minuet and repeat this three times.
