At first I tried a macro diet but hated it and lost too much weight so I just tried to stick to whole grains, veggies and fruit etc...I cut back on meat but still ate it, chicken and fish now and then as well as dairy ( no milk)...I cut out all refined sugar and switched to stevia...I juice pineapple, lemon, kiwi, orange, grapefruit and apple every morning and cabbage, garlic, ginger, carot, celery and an apple in the evening.
I also take extra vit C, milk thisle, vit e, and a good multi min/vit...I add Vital Greens to my morning juice to energize and alkalize...as well of cour ...
