I guess I will try and find some coconut oil...I always believed it was bad for you, especially your heart as it is saturated fat, in fact I was talking to someone who had a massive heart attack and his doctors told him no coconut....go figure.
My next question is in reg to cookware...what is recommended in the pots and pans dept...I know teflon and aluminum are out but what about stainless steel, I have read that this too can leach metals into the food inc chromium which is bad. I was just about to indulge in some really good stainless steel pans ... they say they have an aluminum bonded base for heat distribution but I am assuming that is in the base only not the part that comes into contact with food. Any one want to field this one for me... :-)
