thanks for the reply. to clarify:
i don't eat wheat or breads/grains of any kind except organic, soaked quinoa and millet, just a few times/week. no nuts, except for some walnuts that i mix into a cilantro/pesto paste. flax and sunflower seeds only, but not overkill. no fruit to avoid aggravating candida. i take the body ecology diet green drink, alkaline forming and loaded with probiotics, spirulina, and fermented veggie extracts. between the colonix, colonic therapy, zapping, etc, i'm passing a ton of parasites, but i will look into the humaworm. i hesitate to juice carrots, pineapples, etc b/c they have sugar and i'm trying to be strict about cutting it all out, which is why i don't even drink wheatgrass juice anymore.
thanks for your support, i'll try adding tea tree oil to my beontonite clay/apple cider vinegar masks. i do apply a 75% tea tree/25% vitamin E oil to red spots and acne at night, but it doesn't seem to make any difference.
avocadoes are high in omega-6 which is a big no-no for acne sufferers, is it not? i was under the impression that you need to balance mostly omega-3s with 6 and 9 in smaller doses, like a 3:1:1 ratio.
