the juice I mentioned in the other post has allowed me to digest my fats whereas before I was allergic to them-caused me breakouts/rashes/hot flashes etc. When I first started the beet/onion/potato juice my stools were actually worse-lots of diarrhea and what looked like floating oil on the surface of the toilet water. Some chaff too. I knew I was on the right track because I was not eating any oils so the juice must have been cleansing my liver. My husband noticed the same effect from the juice and his digestion is always great. After a cleansing period I was able to take in more fats and my skin became more clear, my stools started looking more normal and digested. Now I eat fat with every meal to help me absorb more nutrients. If you are not absorbing fats then you are getting hardly any absorption of minerals/vitamins. My weight increased almost 10 pounds (I was severely underweight) and lots of other health problems have been helped enormously. I know I am in need of a liver cleanse because I have to take the juice on a daily basis to continue to see the benefits. The onion and the potato are also antifungal so I think it might be something to try. At first the taste was not that great (especially the onion) but now I crave it. Be sure and do a full large onion and two large/medium sized beets.
