I'm brand new to this site and am loving the knowledge. I started the M/C Friday and am wondering two things. How long should I wait after the cleanse to do a liver flush, and could you give some suggestions for a Liver Flush receipe for a guy who's 5-10" 245. I'm with you I don't think I could tolerate epsom salt. I live in Vegas so if you could recommend a store for the Mg Citrate I'd be grateful.
