Hi i had rectal bleeding too... i was screaming and though i'd die... i'm curious what makes it soooo bad for some people... i know someone suggested a toxic diet however mine has always been healthy.

mag citrate works for me though not the same yield (so far) as the Epsom Salts ..

i'd be interested in hearing about your results if you went ahead with this stuff.
