You can get Magnesium citrate, in two flavours - both fizzy drinks - at Safeway. And other stores too. One bottle of 10 fl or 296 ml is under $2.00 US - cheap. You can get your four drinks ready (grapefruit) and add 1/4 of the bottle of Mag Cit - that is what I am going to do this weekend - first taking the Malic Acid for 4 days at high dose. the liquid mag Citrate is strong tasting and you might ahve to thin it out with water - or in the case of the flush - grapefruit juice would be nummy! Still have to use the oil though yes?
