I am also on Day 3, and I find it getting easier as well. Less food obsession (but I'm trying to stay extra busy to avoid it). And I agree that our lives revolve around food more than I ever realized. My social life is suffering a bit these first few days-- no going out to lunch, or dinner, or for drinks (and snacks).
I've been fortunate not to have the headaches. In fact, physically I've felt very well-- and not physically deprived. My body doesn't really care that I'm not eating, but my mind has struggled with it.
