I am proud of you!!!!!!!!! I start on Monday! Lord, give me strength! Ha! I am so on the same page as you -- I think it will help me address my emotional eating habits and social eating habits. I can eat a full meal and then when my boyfriend gets home from work at 10 I have my bowl of popcorn! What the HELL do I need with that! (sorry for the language, but really).
