Good info. pretty much Chrisa! I just wanted to let you know the best beta-glucan is at http://www.beta-glucan-info.com/index.html It's 95% pure. Notice the site you recommended does list that? Do you have any other info. on the Microhydrin? I've read some on this, but nothing about it being the most powerful antioxidant.
