Illegals Are Pouring In

Hi, E.

Thanks for this.  This is valuable information and I appreciate it.  Yes, I am familiar with how to find the owner of a property and I have the name.  I have not called them yet as I was able to get in touch with the property management company and I spoke with them and laid it all out.  I had taken pictures of the front and back yards with all the trash a well as the license plates of every car. I had discreetly done this a few months ago because I was afraid something might happen and I might need documentation.  I let the property management company know this and they seemed concerned with everything I told them.  After doing a little research, though, I have a feeling this company regularly leases to illegals.  I have let them know that the next calls will be to the police and owner if things do not change.  I did speak to one of the men at the house and asked him (for the third time) to please keep their garbage in their trash can.  I tried to explain how rude it was that their garbage was moving into my lawn everyday.  I have no idea if he understood me as he doesn't speak english very well.

I don't understand this "let's all poop in our own tent" mentality that Mexicans have.  I honestly don't.  It is almost as if they were never told to use a garbage can.  I remember in the 70s that there was huge anti-littering campaign going on.  We are so overdue for this for the Mexican community.  I would pay for it if I had the money.  It sickens me how much garbage they leave out on the streets and throw out of their cars.  It is one of the main reasons I am so angry about them all coming over here.  They have absolutely no care for the environment at all.  If they were clean and considerate, I would be a little more supportive of their presence, but so far they only show lack of consideration for others and absolutely no respect for the environment at all.

So now I am in a "wait and see" mode to see if things get better.  If they don't, I will be doing some of the other things suggested.  On a positive note, for as many people that appear to live over there, they are pretty quiet.  They do not play loud music or have contantly barking dogs.  I am grateful for that at least.

I very much appreciate the suggestions as I had not thought of several and I may need to use them later.
