Thanks, Turiya. Considering I just purchased my house last year, I doubt I will be moving soon. I am hoping that once I get a hold of the owner things might change. I may even call the police district rep for my area over to discuss the problems. And I will check on code violations.

I have spoken to several neighbors and they are well aware and are not pleased and have stories of their own of things they have seen with this group, but most of the other neighbors seem sheepish about it and are probably just fearful of retaliation and are (so far) unwilling to do much. I refuse to sit back and do nothing.

My hope is that if I can ever get a hold of the owner and explain what is occurring that they may have reason to either get them out or not renew their lease. Thanks for the kind words of support. :)
