Mikey and I pretty much went through all this stuff together. His intolerances weren't nearly as severe as mine, but we did find out he was histamine intolerant too. He's a weird bird though, He can handle certain high sal foods but others set him off proper. And oddly he handles avocados just fine, but are the only high histamine food he does well with.

But every body is different truly. For myself, I do best with true failsafe foods.
