Interesting, I was eating a ton of carrots and sweet potatoes, avocados before my crash. I thought they were healthy options.
Before that I was eating fermented foods, kefir and drinking apple cider vinegar, again, thinking they were healthy. I had no idea about histamine at the time. All these problems started for me after a dr. put me on metylated folate and b-12, which I now know that folate also increases histmine. The more I learn, the more it all makes sense.
I regret ever taking those stupid supplements. I shouldn't have ever messed with methylation, I've since learned.
