Thanks for letting me in on your diet. It sounds pretty simple yet tasteful. Just wanted to point out that white potatoes are acidifying, not alkalizing. But I suppose all the vegetables and such that you eat would cancel that affect.

I'm planning on taking Natway's advice and cleanse with some green smoothies for a day or two or three, if I can make it, then maybe easing into your diet afterwards. What if the white potatoes give me palpitations? Did that happen to you?

Ladywear below has Gilbert's disease [liver issue] and has a similar diet to you, except she eats brown rice which is a grain. Have you ever tried organic long grain brown rice?
