Eating a lot of carbohydrates makes me feel horrible. Though I feel horrible now, eating a more balanced meal keeps the symptoms at least somewhat bearable. I can't tolerate carrots at all.

Out of the supplements you've suggested, I do take calcium 400mg, b-complex 50, vitamin c 2g, and Flaxseed oil instead of Cod Liver.

Thinking about purchasing B12.
