No, I haven't been checked for Gilbert's Disease. Hope I don't have any kind of disease though... except with as crappy as I feel, I probably do. :[

I hope to get an appointment with a free clinic [no insurance] that can find out what's wrong. I'm doubtful though. I did go to the ER during one of my yellow times, feeling nauseous/confused, and they said my blood results came back normal. I asked for a copy and saw my AST levels were elevated a little. It did take them a couple of hours to see me, so my liver probably cleared mostly before I got my blood drawn. I don't know.

I'm thinking about purchasing the liver support you take. It'll probably cost a lot extra since I live in the US.

Will you please let me know what your diet/lifestyle is like to keep symptoms to a minimum? It would be very much appreciated.
