It's more the time spent fasting that will help no so much the fact that you're going temporarily paleo, but no I don't get cranky or grouchy or anything. Even before my last WF that I recently finished, I could go a day, day and a half without eating and be perfectly fine. I could never understand why other people couldn't and how my roommates and friends would occasionally get downright malicious when demanding food/hungry.
I ate last around 4 this morning and am at work now and won't be out until sometime around 4 or 5 tomorrow morning. I'll go for a run and maybe do a light workout, then have myself some veggie stew, an apple some yogurt, maybe some salmon, then off to sleep.
