My discipline needs some tightening. Thinking about I.F.

Hey everyone :)
So, after coming off my fast, I've been doing great. It's been exactly a week since breaking my 25 day WF and I've never been so in control of what I put in my mouth. I've been snacking on apples and carrots instead of chips or chocolate..I've been eating a huge bowl of salad filled with bright colors and deep dark greens. And I actually eat A LOT during the day..like every 2 hours. But of course nothing fatty. I cut out meat/fish/chicken cut out all soft drinks, just drinking plain water. I cut out table salt , when I made my soup I'm using mrs dash and a little bit of Sea Salt . Well..you get the point lol

The thing is, I noticed for the past few days, I'll have a 'taste' of something not good. Like before yesterday, I had a few crumbles of blue cheese and feta cheese. And yesterday I did the same thing and I had it with sliced cucumbers. I didn't have a small portion either. I'm worried about that SALT intake. This might not seem like a big deal but to me, this is the first step to spiraling out of control and undoing all that good stuff that I did to my body during the fast. I'm thinking about doing IF (Intermittent Fasting = IF) I've done a little research on it and from what I'm reading, it's very healthy for you. I want to stay HEALTHY. I don't want to go to my old habits and most importantly, it seems like it's a good way to just have more self control. And along with IF, I will keep up my health eating habits of course.

So my question is, has anyone tried IF? If so, how health benefiting was it? How did you do it?
