I'm definitly more of a fruit juice fan, but one mainly veggie mix that I still enjoy is:
1-2 apples
4-5 carrots
2 stalks celery
1-2 handfuls spinach
These are all pretty versatile ingredients. It's pretty mild, but I'm sure you could add lemon or something if you wanted more of a zing. Spinach is one of the only leafy greens that I can successfully stomach in juice. I have a hard time with the others, as well. I'm on day 5 of my fast (1st three were on juice and this is day 2 on just water) and I feel great. juicing for a few days is a great intro for the body to a true fast. It sorta slows down the initial detoxing. Well, keep us posted on your progress. Sounds like you're doing great!
