Re: Tips for MC while working a full-time job?

I hope you are able to continue, since you obviously want to do a cleanse. It doesn't sound to me like you have insurmountable problems.

If it were me... and of course this is not standard Master-Cleanse protocol, I would replace the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) with a plain water enema once a day, which allows me to be in control of when and where I flush my colon. Save the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) for weekends.

If you prefer to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) early as you are doing, and seem to be having good luck but want the belt-and-suspenders insurance, consider wearing a pad to absorb any potential mishaps.

As far as what people think... unless you are specifically queried, say nothing! I use the old "I've already eaten" BS when convenient, but I wouldn't hesitate to tell people you are "only drinking juices right now" which has also put off questioning. If pressed, I wouldn't hesitate to tell someone I was doing a body cleanse because it gave me lots of energy, burned extra pounds and made me feel great!

Oh, and don't forget the little trick of an extra spoonful of maple, or for a big lift make it BLACKSTRAP molasses, in addition to your juice, if you need extra energy at any time during your day. A hot cup of mint tea with a tablespoon of maple is a sweet way to perk up.

Where there's a will, there's a way.

Have a good one!
