I actually prefer to do this cleanse while working full-time - the days go by fast, and before you know it, it's the weekend again and your fast is almost over.
I usually start on a Friday, and then get my headache days done with by Monday.
I like my lemonade warm, so I'll measure out about four servings into a small water bottle I can hide easily. Then, at my desk, I pour what would be a serving of it into my tall coffee mug, head to the water faucet or cooler, and fill the rest of the mug with either warm or cool water and just drink it all day. I've never had hunger pangs or anything at work, if anything, it helps me focus better because I am keeping my system "fed" by sipping away all day and this cleanse does wonders for my focus level at work (accounting)...it clears out my brain fog and for some reason I am less easily distracted, more productive, etc.
As for questions, thanks to the coffee cup, I don't get many, but I love tea, and most people I think just assume that's what I'm drinking. I'm on day 4 and looking forward to Day 5 at work tomorrow...because Friday is going to hit fast and it will be over in less than a week...!!!

PS I tend to do really well on the Smooth Move tea morning and night, with only a
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) on the weekends...i end up going #2 all day long, but only when I go #1, and in smaller doses.
