I have found it wonderful to ”up” the detoxing and take detox baths every evening during the MC. I also take a full bottle of Dr. Schulze’s Detox formula and some detox tea during the MC. As well as detox foot pads. When the toxins are flowing, let them rip, is my motto. The bath helps your body to rid itself of toxins. This helps the body achieve the effects of the MC. I’m trying to detox. I know that with AF detox is a big no no, but because my doc has suspected lyme disease on me detox is a must to some degree. This sucks for me because i know that detox is hard on the adrenals but if i can detox lightly with some supplements then hopefully i can get some where. Hello Trapper, I have a question about amalgams. i’ve read where you detoxed using DMSA and you said you wished you had detoxed longer. I’m having 8 amalgams removed before the end of the year. (4 tomorrow and 4 more in December) Did you follow Andy Cutler’s protocol when you were detoxing and how long did you detox mercury? Also is a hair mercury test necessary before starting detox? Can you explain the detox system to me perhaps in laymans terms? I have heard of specific supps which are “detox provokers”, does that mean we have to provoke detox, and it doesn’t happen by itself. What can hinder detox activity? Does methylation play a role in detox, if so to what extent? If toxins aren’t “detoxed” what happens to them, do they get stored somewhere? Does detox just mean get “rid of and out of the body”? Iodoral has both iodine and potassium iodide. I suggest starting with the iodoral and after you think you have finished detox, then add your potassium iodide at the dosage that feels the best for you. Do you need the detox tea??? The symptoms of detoxing can get pretty bad, that’s when you use the detox tea. Nausea, headache, lethargy, just feel miserable. If you aren’t detoxing you don’t need the tea and it will speed you up a bit. The first time I got too much detox tea I was on vacation and man it sure does make you fly. So if not having any detox symptoms don’t use the tea. If the liver is on line, and it should be by now, the blood is clean until the cells start purging. Yes, I did a bottle of Detox formula and 2 bags of Detox Tea with my 10 day MC last Oct. Went great, and the detoxing flowed! Now am doing a MC again adding Detox formula. I highly recommend it. Every time I make a lemondade, I put an ounce or so aside and add 2 droppersful of Detox formula, swig it down, then drink the lemonade. Last Oct. Yep, I have been researching detoxing for the last 2 years. I have family and friends who could use the knowledge I possess, but giving it to them would be detrimental to them because they are not hardcore researchers like I am and you just can’t jump into detoxing with a quick A, B, C list of what to do and follow that plan everyday like taking a vitamin pill. You gotta know what you are doing and MUST understand detoxing fully before embarking on any detox regimen. Wow, I could never detox that fast. Those are all detox symptoms. But the problem with fast detox is: If your body doesn’t have enough resources (negative charges from distilled water, raw plants, tissue salts, plant organic minerals) to neutralize toxins that are being dumped in your bloodstream, they just go straight back where they started- stored in your liver or in fat cells. I think slow detox is easier on the body, and you actually poop out the toxins :) But the good news is: your smelly poop means some IS exiting! :) 2,170 hits

It sure sounds like detox. I know a lot of people advocate high dose and just blow through detox but we are all different and personally im not into a lot of undue suffering. Overloading the body with the junk that causes detox isnt good for your either. If I were in your shoes I would lower the dose until the detox signs are very tolerable. Sure it may take more time to reach sufficiency but there is something to be said for comfort. 1,111 hits

Have the amalgams removed, then your best and most successful trip would be to detox the colon, detox the liver so the rest of your body can detox. You don’t think the liver is better at detoxing than a random chemist inventing a chemical? Thanks for your input. Basically, I am detoxing whatever heavy metals (mercury, lead, cadmium, arsenic etc.) toxicity I might have. In the past, I used Boyd Hailey’s OSR#1 for 3 months and that cleared up my head a great deal. You need to take low doses for a longer period, with albendazole, also low doses. You need to support your detox pathways because the toxins from the die off can cause problems. Hey nounycorns, i know you’ve mentioned liver detox before using a couple of supplements. i’m curious about how you detoxed while on AF and what did you experience.
