It would be nice to have some facts on what IS actually going on in the body when taking the PWE, rather than educated guessing. Well, if it is worms or metals in the joints, they’re definitely getting stirred up - don’t know if that means that they’re going to be gone or just go back to how they were. Guess we’ll see if my general health improves after.

I’ve been taking 2-4 capsules of the PWE for the last two weeks everyday. Bowels have been moving just great and feeling very good too. However, in the second week, my joints began to pop all over! My shoulders were especially ’clicky’ as well as my knees, and even my toes and fingers. No pain though, aside from a dull pain in the shoulders.
Anyway, I stopped taking it, and it’s been a week now and my joints are almost back to normal.

I started taking lots of homemade kefir every day and would drink probably 1.5 liters of it every day. I was doing that for the last 2 months and by the beginning of the third week I had a very very itchy behind that would sting too and sometimes bleed a bit after a BM. I was looking around and found it was really hard to find amla locally (I live in Vancouver, Canada). Anyway, based on its origin, I went to Little India in search of it and found it in the spice section. It’s very cheap. I think I paid $2.50 for a good sized bag of amla powder.
They use it in India for cooking too!

I’ve been in great health for a while now and have decided to do fasting one day a week to take some digestive load off my system.

Sounds like your symptoms are the same as mine. You have to be rock steady to do this cleanse. I lasted 2.5 days, felt like absolute crap, but it will clean you out properly. I took each tablespoon of EVCO with the barefoot herbalist’s dewormer and it got rid of tons of liver flukes on the second day.
You may eat small amounts of yogurt as well during the cleanse. You will simultaneously knock out the bad guys and repopulate the good guys.

Sounds like you’re doing lots of the right things. However, because you’ve been eating this way for 18 months and been sick about 75% of the time something needs to change. The first thing I would do, personally, is get off of the multivitamin as it’s just another chemical (most likely). Here’s some other questions to consider:
Have you traveled anywhere in the last year?
Have you done any cleanses?
Do you eat meat?
How much and what kind of water do you drink?
How is your mental state? (positive attitude?)

I’m just curious, does anybody know the ultra-phos solution concentration? Is it just pure phosphoric acid?
I can get a food-grade phosphoric acid for really cheap, and it’s an 85% solution. I don’t know if that’s too high and if it needs dilution. I realize it gets mixed into the apple cider, but just want to make sure it’s the same initial concentration as the ultraphos solution.

I’ve wondered the same thing and have come to the conclusion that one should NOT exercise, at least not fervently, when parasite cleansing. Exercising breaks down the body, it doesn’t build it up. When you run a marathon you feel tired and worn out at the end because the body has broken down. It’s resting and proper nutrition that build it up later. Do you have an allergy to coconuts? If so, then the oil may not be the best thing for you, although I think it’s highly unlikely. Did your skin get red and inflamed when you put it on your skin? Otherwise, It think you may be describing detox symptoms or even a coincidence of some other allergen.

Sounds like you’ve got a good start. Here’s what I would do:
-I would drop any pills I was taking and switch to whole foods and herbs. I don’t take anything that’s been encapsulated. The only ”supplement” that I take is MSM in water twice a day
-I would increase the amount of raw foods I ate (I only eat raw), focusing on mucus dissolving foods: Olives, figs, papaya etc. Make smoothies for better assimilation of nutrients. Juice veggies if you can. Chew everything very well, including the juices and smoothies.

I believe it’s extremely beneficial to eat fruits to help heal candida. They’re only beneficial if you eat them on an empty stomach and not with anything else, otherwise this leads to fermentation of the food which is what the candida thrives on.

I know this sounds strange, but I’ve been having some encounters with dragonflies for the past 2 weeks.
For example, the other day I was standing by the patio door window when a dragonfly came and landed on a hook that normally holds a bird feeder. I quickly grabbed my camera to take a picture and managed to get three blurry pictures before it flew off. I looked at the pics and was miffed at their bad quality. Thanks for your suggestions before and now. My first race is this coming Saturday. It’s a 16km road race and I think I’ll be able to win it. I used to run, as I’ve always liked the sport, but never did too well (usually finished mid-pack). I got into cleansing about 1.5 years ago and eating right too. I had posted a few months ago, when I first started training for the Canadian Death Race in August. I’m in very good shape now and am eating very well.
It was recommended to me by ”Finally faith” to try chia seed gel (chia seeds soaked in water). It has worked wonders and gives me a very noticeable sustenance of energy during a long run (15km). Astragalus and Rhodiola and Maca have helped greatly too. I sometimes mix these ingredients with the Chia Gel right before a run and it consistently gives me better times.

I had posted a while back about the same thing. A few drops of Lugol’s in the belly button and there was some serious burning that lasted for 20 minutes or so. I wouldn’t do that again.........phew!
I find that there’s no burning if I apply to a more open area of skin (arm, wrists, legs, feet) where the Iodine can’t pool up.
My belly button turned brown and crusty for a few days, but sure enough there was new skin a few days later.

I have been consuming a LARGE amount of hempseed oil and flax oil (both organic). I sometimes take the oils in combination with Lecithin as I feel it increases the effectiveness of the oil in making it water soluble. I have seen a huge improvement in the softness and texture of skin. Now it’s almost never dry (with exception to scalp). I also use extra virgin coconut oil topically.

I’ve been reading about the causes of white spots on the fingernails (leukonychia) and it’s connection to mineral deficiencies such as Calcium or zinc. I don’t have a spot here or there, but rather 7 or 8 on each nail and twice I’ve had a white band spanning the entire width of my pinky nail. I find that baking soda gets the job done. Also a mix of 1 part ACV, 1 part 3.5% H2O2, and 10 parts water makes a good shampoo (no suds, but gets clean). After rincing, I use Tea trea oil (4parts) an Lavender (1part) oil on the hair/scalp overnight and rince this out in the morning. This combo has nearly completely stopped my itchy flaky scalp as well as thinning hair (perhaps even regrowing!).
I used to have oily skin and needed a foaming soap agent of some kind. Ever since my second of five liver flushes, my skin stopped getting so oily and so baking soda works great.

My teeth, especially the bottom ones are very crooked and braces would help. I’m working towards a degree right now and am very short of money. I enjoy smiling, but the smile’s become borderline hideous...not that it stops me.
I had heard of people going to Mexico or other places to get procedures done, including braces for MUCH cheaper including plane ticket.
Has anyone had any experience with this? If so, I know that braces need adjustments so would an orthodontist here agree to do it? Would it even be smart to get anyone but the original orthodontist (in Mexico) to ...

Thank you all for the replies so far. I’ve done 5 liver flushes and plan to do the next before Jan 8. All of them produced many stones, although the size and color changed in a few of them. The only one that produced visible parasites/candida was the first.
I’ve also tried the ACV diluted in water on the scalp and it does help, but does not cure the underlying problem.
I don’t have any fillings and never have although I do suspect I have some metal toxicity as I work in an aluminum metal production shop. I take lots of chlorella and cilantro to chelate the metals if they are there ...
