I'm not too sure about the raw chocolate yet either, but I want to give it a try. I've been on the raw lifestyle for nearly a month now and it's working wonders for my health. I'm curious to see where it will take me. I do like the work done by David Wolfe and Daniel Vitalis amongst many others. They're really into smoothies and tonics and I thought it would be nice to try some of these out. Some of them contain LOTS of very healthy ingredients, but in my opinion I think that the whole shlough of ingredients, although healthy, is too complex for the body to effectively use all at once and may just create an unnecessary burden. Just goji's in water, or a few nuts, or a young coconut, or avocado or whatever I think is easier on the body just one at a time.
