Balance is key...you're already off, don't take any single dose of mineral! Multi min & vits are already in a balanced form (of course some are better than others) I like Rainbow light (especially because I get it for only $8 a bottle from my commisary store). The healthfood store should be able to direct you to a quality food-based multi. Some may argue that Concentrace is bad because it has trace amounts of mercury and flouride but the fact is that in nature you can't get around these elements and the good that ALL COMBINED elements brings to the body will correct and counter those elements not required. Cellfood & Concentrace will have a detoxifiying effect as it brings balance & harmony back into the body because the body will be functioning at a more efficient level and will begin to attack virus, bacteria...so expect headache, digestive distress, fatigue...be prepared to feel bad. If it's too much cut back on the Cellfood dosage. Don't give up because you feel bad, it's a common mistake of most to want to avoid feeling bad.

Don't be afraid to stay on a laxitive for a while to get things moving properly, ask the health food store about a supplement that can be used over a long period of time.

Minerals are essential and when they are off nothing in the body can function properly. Even your mind---you thinking will be off.
