Balance is key...you're already off, don't take any single dose of mineral! Multi min & vits are already in a balanced form (of course some are better than others) I like Rainbow light (especially because I get it for only $8 a bottle from my commisary store). Some may argue that Concentrace is bad because it has trace amounts of mercury and flouride but the fact is that in nature you can't get around these elements and the good that ALL COMBINED elements brings to the body will correct and counter those elements not required.
