Thanks. I will try to keep using the MSM. So far, so good, no negative reactions. I'm not quite as noisy either, but I'll give it more time before I proclaim any real improvement. Right now I'm just basking in my skin improvements with the iodine.
I try to consume a natural diet of organic products, and am predominantly non-meat, except for occasional wild caught seafood. No dairy, no gluten-grains. I've increased my raw, but with my thyroid I have to be careful as cooking helps to make goitrogenic veggies more acceptable. Regardless, I'm sure my diet could stand some improvement. I hope I will see some notable improvements, too.
