I was just reading at a site called getalife, named after a book by Kathryn Alexander, and came to the subject of dehydration. It appeared under the chapter about protein in the magazine section of the site. She was mentioning what we need in our diets to stay hydrated, and I realized that I probably am dehydrated. Because carbohydrate foods bother my digestion, I tend to stay away from them. But they are necessary for hydration. Then I remembered your post. I hadn't thought about our electrical system needing fluid and electrolytes. Thanks for posting that aspect of it. That's interesting about the automated teller not responding to your touch!
