I always get lower back pain, even through days five and six. Right now I'm on day three, and it's unrelenting. I did some light exercise this morning, Callanetics and stretching, and it went away for a little while, but I've had it for two days now, off and on, and I'm tired of it. I'm doing the tea and did the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this morning, because I had the time, and drinking over a gallon of water every day. What else can I do? I'm assuming it's my kidneys. They HURT! Help?
